Hi, I’m April Knox. I’ve always been drawn to love stories that feel a little dangerous—the kind you’re not supposed to want but can’t walk away from. That’s why I write slow-burn, forbidden romances filled with longing, angst, and heart-stopping chemistry.

I live in Colorado, where I spend rainy afternoons and snowy days with coffee in hand, dreaming up new characters and the chaos they’ll find themselves in. My brain is always running a story, and I love turning those restless ideas into books that readers can’t put down. I’m also a total book junkie—once I start reading, I can’t stop until I’ve reached the last page.

When I’m not writing, you can probably find me soaking in a hot bath, traveling and experiencing new cultures, or listening to the soundtrack that inspires my current book (yes—every story has its own song). And when fall arrives—my favorite season—you’ll find me at my happiest.
